By accessing Football Mates and Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.'s other games ("Games"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the most recent version of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). "Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.", "us", "our" or "we" refers to Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. located at Rumeli Caddesi, Rumeli Plaza No: 22/7, Şişli, Istanbul, Turkey.

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, supplement or remove these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. You may receive additional notices by posting the modified Terms within the Service, by e-mail message, or by messaging within the Service. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes by continuing to access or use the Service after such changes are posted. You agree to read updates to these Terms and periodically check this page for updates. If you object to any changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the Service.

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. may also revise other policies, rules or guidelines at any time and new versions may be available on Football Mates or the Service.

This agreement may not be modified in any way other than in a writing signed by you and us in handwriting, unless otherwise specified. The word "writing" for this provision does not include an e-mail message and a signature does not include an electronic signature.

Termination of Service Use

If you do not agree to any part of the then-current version of the Terms, your license will immediately terminate and you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Grant of Limited License to Access the Service

Provided that you are in compliance with Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.'s other relevant policies and these Terms, Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. grants you a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access the Services on one or more platforms for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license without notice. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account, have an account through a Social Networking Service ("SNS") through which you access the Service, or have an account with the application provider for your mobile device.

Age Requirement

Legally, you must be at least 18 years old to play Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. games. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to play.

By logging in to the Game, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, or if you are between the ages of 13 and 17, that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that your parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to these Terms.

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.'s Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service. This policy provides information about the types of information collected by Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., how it is used and how it is shared with third parties.

Property Rights

The Services, together with their content and materials, are the property of Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. or its licensors and are subject to copyright, trademark and other legal protections. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or otherwise use any content or materials contained in the Services without the prior written permission of Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. or its licensors.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. or its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

Mini Game PVP Module, Embedded WebView Content and Mini Games

Football Mates may include additional mini game modules, embedded web content and optional gameplay features, including but not limited to the Mini Game PVP module.

These features may be accessed inside Football Mates through an in-app WebView. Although such features may be opened from within Football Mates, they may technically operate through external web infrastructure, including but not limited to footballpvp.com.

In order to provide the Mini Game PVP module, maintain the connection between Football Mates and the PVP module, process matchmaking, validate game sessions, record scores and display the correct player information, Football Mates may share the user’s Football Mates player ID with footballpvp.com.

No sensitive personal information such as the user’s e-mail address, password, payment information, phone number, national identification number or similar critical personal data is shared with footballpvp.com for the operation of the Mini Game PVP module.

The Football Mates player ID shared with footballpvp.com is used only for technical and gameplay-related purposes connected to the Mini Game PVP module.

By accessing or using embedded WebView content, mini games or the Mini Game PVP module, the user acknowledges and agrees that their Football Mates player ID and limited gameplay-related technical information may be processed for the operation of these features.

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, disable, remove or discontinue embedded WebView content, mini games, PVP modules or any related gameplay feature at any time in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Virtual Currencies and Virtual Items

Football Mates may include virtual currencies, virtual items, rewards, tickets, energy, cards, packs, boosts, memberships, premium features or other digital in-game content.

Virtual currencies and virtual items are licensed to users for personal, limited, non-commercial entertainment use within Football Mates only. Users do not own virtual currencies or virtual items and receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them inside the game, subject to these Terms of Service.

Virtual currencies and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They are not money, property, financial instruments or stored value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, refunded, withdrawn or redeemed for real money, cash, goods, services or any other item of monetary value, except where required by applicable law.

Any purchase or acquisition of virtual currency, virtual items, rewards, tickets, energy, cards, packs, boosts, memberships, premium features or other digital in-game content only grants the user the right to use such content inside Football Mates under these Terms of Service.

Modification, Reset, Removal and Rebalancing of Virtual Currencies and Virtual Items

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, adjust, rebalance, limit, reset, remove, suspend or discontinue any virtual currency, virtual item, reward, ticket, energy, card, pack, boost, membership, premium feature or other digital in-game content at any time.

Such changes may be made for reasons including but not limited to game balance, economy balance, technical requirements, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, seasonal updates, design changes, service improvements or compliance with applicable rules, platform policies or laws.

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. may correct, reverse, remove or adjust virtual currencies, virtual items or rewards that were obtained due to bugs, errors, exploits, unauthorized activity, fraudulent behavior, abuse of game systems or violation of these Terms of Service.

Users acknowledge and agree that virtual currencies and virtual items may change over time and that Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. has no obligation to provide compensation, refund or replacement for any modification, rebalancing, reset, removal, expiration or discontinuation of virtual currencies or virtual items, except where required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution and Laws

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the interpretation, enforcement and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Turkey.

Final Terms

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

Changes and Updates

You are encouraged to review the current Terms before continuing to use the Services.

Design and Feature Changes

Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right to change or discontinue the design, functionality, features, balance, economy, rewards, content, events, mini games, embedded web content, PVP modules or any other part of the Services at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be made in order to provide a better user experience, maintain game balance, improve security, prevent abuse, comply with platform requirements, or adapt to changes in the Terms of Service.

Termination

These Terms of Service may be terminated at any time by Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. or by users. Termination of these Terms means that the user must cease use of the Services and Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. may terminate the user’s right to access the relevant Services.

Authorization

These Terms of Service are in the nature of a contract between Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. and users. No written consent is required from any party to be subject to these Terms. These Terms are considered a requirement of using and accessing the Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim or disagreement that may arise in relation to the entry into force, interpretation, application or termination of these Terms of Service between Kumkuat Oyun ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. and users will first be tried to be resolved by negotiation. If the negotiations are inconclusive, the dispute will be decided by the Istanbul Arbitration Court.

Enforcement

These Terms of Service become effective as soon as you begin using the Services and remain in effect for as long as you continue to use the Services. These Terms will survive the expiration or termination of your use of the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Chat Rules for the Game

Religion and Politics: Sharing religious and political messages in in-game chat is prohibited.

Profanity and Sexuality: Profanity, obscene language and sexually explicit messages are strictly prohibited.

Harassment: Harassing, intimidating, insulting or threatening any player is strictly prohibited.

Spam: Repeating the same messages, sending spam messages or advertising is prohibited.

Other Game Promotion: Promoting other games outside of the game is prohibited.

Humiliation: It is forbidden to use derogatory, insulting or degrading expressions toward other players.

Use of Slang and Profanity: The use of slang and profanity in chat is strictly prohibited.

Message Review: Reported messages may be reviewed by our team and sanctions may be applied if deemed necessary.

Right to Change Rules: Football Mates reserves the right to change the chat rules in certain circumstances.

Sanctions:

First offense: Ban from chat for 24 hours.

Second offense: Ban from chat for 72 hours.

Third offense: Ban from chat for 30 days.

By accepting this EULA, you undertake to abide by all the above-mentioned rules. Users who do not comply with the rules may be subject to the sanctions mentioned above.
